WHERE IS THE SHOW LOCATED?

Knights of Columbus

HOW MUCH IS ADMISSION?

General admission is $3.00 per person.

Children under 10 are FREE.

A portion of admission proceeds will benefit the Knights of Columbus.

IS PARKING FREE?

Yes! Parking is FREE for Northeast Collectors Fest attendees.

HOW MANY VENDOR TABLES WILL THERE BE?

The show will feature 50+ tables of cards, collectibles, memorabilia and more.

WHAT CAN I FIND AT THE SHOW?

You can expect a wide variety of:

Sports Cards • Pokémon Cards • TCG • Comics • Memorabilia • Autographs • Graded Cards • Sealed Products • Collectibles & More

Inventory varies by vendor, so every show offers something different to discover.

CAN I BUY, SELL OR TRADE CARDS AT THE SHOW?

Absolutely!

Buying, selling and trading are a big part of Northeast Collectors Fest. Feel free to bring cards and collectibles that you're interested in selling or trading.

Individual vendors determine what they are interested in purchasing or trading for.

CAN I BRING MY OWN CARDS AND MEMORABILIA?

Yes. Attendees are welcome to bring cards, memorabilia and other collectibles to potentially sell or trade with participating vendors.

Please keep your belongings with you at all times. Northeast Collectors Fest is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.

WILL THERE BE AUTOGRAPH GUESTS?

We plan to feature autograph guests at select Northeast Collectors Fest events.

Guest announcements, appearance schedules, autograph pricing and additional information will be posted on our Autograph Guests page and social media.

CAN I BRING MY OWN ITEM TO HAVE AUTOGRAPHED?

This will depend on the individual autograph guest.

When a guest is announced, we will provide information about autograph options, personal items, inscriptions, photographs and any restrictions.

WILL AUTHENTICATION OR GRADING SERVICES BE AVAILABLE?

Grading and authentication services may be available at select shows.

Participating companies and available services will be announced before each event.

IS NORTHEAST COLLECTORS FEST FAMILY FRIENDLY?

Yes!

Northeast Collectors Fest is designed to be a fun, family-friendly event for collectors of all ages.

Children under 10 receive FREE admission.

HOW MUCH ARE VENDOR TABLES?

For the October 10, 2026 show:

8-Foot Table – $55.00

6-Foot Table – $45.00

Vendor space is limited and availability is not guaranteed until your reservation is confirmed.

HOW DO I BECOME A VENDOR?

Visit the Vendors page on our website for table information and reservation details.

We recommend reserving early because vendor space is limited.

CAN I PROMOTE MY BUSINESS AT THE SHOW?

Only approved vendors, sponsors and exhibitors may distribute promotional materials or conduct commercial activity inside the event.

Please contact Northeast Collectors Fest in advance if you're interested in becoming a vendor or sponsor.

ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?

Admission tickets, autograph tickets, vendor reservations and other purchases are subject to the applicable refund and cancellation policies.

Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

Payment methods vary by vendor.

Many vendors accept cash, credit/debit cards and electronic payments, but we recommend bringing more than one payment option.
