REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Please carefully review this Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchasing vendor space, tickets, autograph experiences, or other products or services from Northeast Collectors Fest.

By completing a purchase or paying a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable terms below.

VENDOR TABLES, BOOTHS & DEPOSITS

ALL VENDOR DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Once a deposit or payment has been made to reserve a vendor table, booth, or other selling space, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED, except where expressly stated in this policy or required by applicable law.

A vendor reservation removes space from our available inventory and may prevent Northeast Collectors Fest from offering that space to another vendor.

This policy applies if a vendor later becomes unable to attend for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Scheduling conflicts
• Illness or personal emergencies
• Travel problems or delays
• Transportation or vehicle problems
• Weather affecting the vendor's individual travel
• Changes in business plans
• Failure to obtain inventory
• Failure to obtain necessary licenses, permits, insurance, or approvals
• Failure to attend or set up
• Arriving late or leaving early
• Voluntarily canceling for any other reason

Vendor deposits and payments may not be transferred to another event, vendor, table, or person without the prior written approval of Northeast Collectors Fest.

EVENT CANCELLATION

If Northeast Collectors Fest cancels an event entirely and does not reschedule it, affected purchases may be eligible for a refund, credit, or other remedy as determined by Northeast Collectors Fest and applicable law.

If an event is postponed or rescheduled rather than canceled, payments may be transferred to the rescheduled date instead of being refunded, subject to applicable law.

NATURAL DISASTERS & CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL

Events may be affected by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Northeast Collectors Fest, including but not limited to:

• Hurricanes, floods, blizzards, severe storms, earthquakes, fires, or other natural disasters
• Government orders or emergency declarations
• Public-health emergencies
• Venue closures
• Power failures or major utility interruptions
• Transportation shutdowns
• Acts of terrorism or credible security threats
• Civil disturbances
• Other emergencies or circumstances that make holding the event impossible, unsafe, or unlawful

If an event cannot reasonably take place because of such circumstances, Northeast Collectors Fest may cancel, postpone, relocate, or reschedule the event.

Depending on the circumstances, customers and vendors may be offered a refund, event credit, transfer to a rescheduled date, or another reasonable remedy, subject to applicable law.

ADMISSION TICKETS

Unless an event is canceled and not rescheduled, all admission ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

Failure to attend an event does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.

AUTOGRAPH TICKETS & SPECIAL EXPERIENCES

Autograph tickets, photo opportunities, VIP experiences, and other special-event purchases are generally non-refundable.

If a scheduled autograph guest cancels their appearance, Northeast Collectors Fest may offer an applicable refund, credit, replacement opportunity, or other remedy for the affected guest-specific purchase.

The cancellation of an individual autograph guest does not constitute cancellation of the entire Northeast Collectors Fest event and does not automatically entitle the purchaser to a refund of general admission or unrelated purchases.

Guest schedules and appearance times are subject to change.

EVENT CHANGES

Northeast Collectors Fest reserves the right to make reasonable changes to event schedules, hours, layouts, vendor locations, programming, autograph schedules, participating vendors, guests, and other event details.

Such changes do not automatically qualify a purchaser or vendor for a refund.

REMOVAL FOR VIOLATION OF EVENT RULES

A vendor, exhibitor, or attendee who is removed from an event for violating event rules, engaging in unsafe or disruptive conduct, selling prohibited merchandise, misrepresentation, harassment, illegal activity, or other serious misconduct will not be entitled to a refund, except where otherwise required by law.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Customers and vendors should contact Northeast Collectors Fest first if they believe a billing error has occurred.

Submitting a payment dispute or chargeback does not change the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy. Northeast Collectors Fest may provide the payment processor with reservation records, transaction records, communications, this policy, and other relevant documentation when responding to a payment dispute.

Nothing in this section limits any rights available to a consumer under applicable law or payment-network rules.

POLICY ACCEPTANCE

By purchasing a ticket, reserving vendor space, paying a deposit, or purchasing another Northeast Collectors Fest product or service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Nothing in this policy is intended to waive rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
